I've been there. That awkward moment when you ask a client the same question...again. The cringing inner scream when you realize you’ve goofed up and your client is not too happy about repeating themselves. So, let's agree - consistent and organized client notes are everything!

My Pick: Google Sheets

I use Google Sheets because it's free, user-friendly and most importantly, I can password protect the sheet to ensure my clients' information is protected. 

Pro Hint: Use Aliases (fake names, or initials) for each client to further protect their info

2️⃣ CRM - Because Who Wants to Drown in Admin?

Invoicing, check. Payment processing, check. Liability forms, check. Client screening, and so much more, check! A CRM isn’t just a tool; it's your virtual assistant. When coaches hesitate to move their practice online, admin is commonly the primary deterrent. No more! There are now platforms that do all of this for you. 

Popular Options: Dubsado, Hubspot, Asana, Trainerize, TruCoach, Kahunas

My Pick: Dubsado
I use the app Trainerize for all of my coaching. However, I opt to do all my admin, accept payments and send client screening forms through Dubsado. Why? Simply put, you can do so much more in this department with Dubsado, than any of the current training apps. However, if you have one single coaching program, and a basic consultation form, you probably don't need this.

Setting up a Slack channel for your tribe means you're giving them a virtual hangout spot. Pop in with motivational Monday quotes, showcase client spotlights, or host a spontaneous Q&A sesh. It will simmer and spark into a wholesome space that’s buzzing with energy, inspiration, and a whole lotta love, with minimal nudging from you!
